A Note From Our Founders
We've been building software products and infrastructure for the past
fifteen years, at companies like AppLovin, Lyft, AppFolio, Medallia,
and Yahoo. Fifteen years of obsessing over code, pixels, performance,
and customer experience.
Prior to founding Radial, we founded Warrant, a Y Combinator-backed, software
infrastructure startup (later acquired by WorkOS). A big part of our role
as founders was supporting the developers using our products, and in the
process, hearing all about the good, the bad, and the ugly. We learned how
hard and time consuming it is to provide great customer experience, but
how much of a competitive advantage it can be for a business.
We're taking all these learnings from the past few years and building Radial
to be the platform we wish existed back in our Warrant days. It's an exciting
time to build with a new technology shift underway, and so much opportunity
to help businesses and consumers.
